OSCAM – Hoop Spiral Machine Model 89 and 89S [Made in Italy]

Machines suitable to create hoops and spirals. Available in a vast range to cover any type of need: single hoops, arches, spirals, etc.

Mod. 89 with hydraulic release

To create hoops and spirals with rods from 6 mm to 40 mm in diameter, with hydraulic release device to execute partial hooping.

Allows to execute jobs that cannot be performed with normal spiral machines.
Minimum diameter of hoops and spirals: approx. 400 mm.

Mod. 89S

To create hoops and spirals with rods from 6 mm to 40 mm in diameter.

Equipped with a motorised counter roller that can be adjusted and controlled from the separate console unit.
It is possible to program length and bending radius. The machine allows to produce shapes with more than one bending radius on the same bar, alternating straight and bent sections, if necessary.
The ideal machine for those who need to produce tunnel supports or complex curved shapes, in general.
