Lightweight Design, Stable and Reliable

The new industrial robots from the KR CYBERTECH ARC product family are characterised by their utmost precision and top performance. The low-maintenance series ensures particularly low follow-up costs.

They are ideally suited to space-saving cell concepts and provide top performance – with particularly low follow-up costs.

This new product series is available in two models, KR 12 R1450-2 E and KR 35 R1840-2 E, which can greatly meet the main application scenarios of small 6-axis robots. The compact design of the series reduces the footprint.

The body base installing dimensions are the same as the existing cybertech series and can be switched directly. The hollow wrist structure allows for easy internal routing and reduces the risk of on-site interference.

Rated loads of 12kg and 35kg, corresponding to a repeatability of 0.02mm and 0.03mm, and a beat rate that meets or exceeds application requirements, reflecting excellent product performance. Higher wrist moment of inertia also greatly improves the carrying capacity of the robot. Mainly used in photovoltaic, electronics, auto parts, home appliances, logistics and other general industries, involving applications such as handling, assembly, machine loading and unloading, grinding and other typical scenarios

The industrial robots of the KR CYBERTECH ARC product family are specialized process robots for continuous-path applications such as arc welding and the application of adhesives and sealants. They are suitable for the KR C4 and KR C4 extended controllers.
