Feature
- Automation feed, positioning. oil spraying and sawing.
- Automation Feed stroke 500mm. Reciprocating length is unlimited.
- Build-in saw blade performs upward cutting for increased safety.
- Ball screw is driven by servo motor for high accuracy.
- Equipped with NC control. PLC features extremely stable control performance. Electronic control parts are CE certified.
- Feed is driven by hydraulic system, providing maximum stability of cutting.
- Two sets each of vertical clamps combined with one set of side clamps equipped on the feed system permit cutting of irregular workpieces or simultaneous cutting of several workpieces.
- The computer automatically records the required time and quantity for each machining process, which provides convenient calculation of machining cost.
- During operation, the machine provides detection for lack of material. Available to set remain length to be cut. The remaining length to be cut can be set.
- Work pieces can be stacked.
Feed methods: 1. Stepping feed. 2. Reciprocating feed. 3. Manual feed
The clamps on the feed table are suited for cutting irregular material without additional fixtures to fix the work piece.
