The main drive system of the industrial horizontal band saw machine is composed of worm gear box, driving wheel, belt pulley, etc. The worm gear box is connected to the driving wheel directly, with stable transmission. The speed of the driving wheel is adjusted by the belt pulley, three shifts of cutting speeds can be obtained to meet the sawing of different materials.

The clamping of the machine tool adopts hydraulic vise clamping. A set of hydraulic vise is designed behind the saw blade. The hydraulic cylinder adopts the structure of the screw cylinder. Move the movable vise to be 20mm away from the workpiece by the handle wheel of clamping cylinder, after then the movable vise could be driven by the hydraulic clamping cylinder. There is hydraulic top camping frame on this machine to help clamping the bundle workpiece from the top side.

In order to facilitate the support and feeding of the materials, an electric power roller table is designed at the rear of the sawing machine. Pressing buttons for this roller table could feed the workpiece forward or backward.
