The blade tension cf the machine is manually controlled. After the band saw blade is installed, use the torque wrench to control the tensioning screw to tension or loosen the saw blade. Tension force could be set on the torque wrench.

The main drive system of the horizontal pivot band saw machine is composed of worm gear box, driving wheel, pulley, etc. The worm gear box and the driving wheel are directly connected, the transmission of which is stable and without impact. The line seed of the driving wheel is adjusted by changing the Belt position. Four shifts of blade line speeds can be obtained to meet the sawing of different materials.

* All electrical components are installed in the control box. Interlocks are provided between each action to ensure safety. For example: If the clamping vise is loosening, The main drive cannot work continuously; during sawing, The clamping vise also must not be loosened.

* The feeding device of the machine tool consists of a feeding roller (on the machine), a worm gear and worm, a hand wheel, etc. The worm gear is directly connected to the feeding roller, and the material is moved by turning the hand wheel in front of the sawing machine to rotate the feeding roller. There is a small rack which could be put behind the machine to support loading the long workpiece.
