The main drive system of commercial horizontal band saw machine is composed of reducer, driving wheel, belt pulley, etc. the gear reducer and the driving wheel are directly connected, having stable performance and without impact. The speed of the driving wheel can be adjusted by inverter. The reducer adopts hard-toothed bevel helical gear reducer, which has high transmission efficiency and long service life.

Clamping Device: The clamping of the machine tool is by the hydraulic vises. Behind the saw belt, a set of clamping vise is installed, and the jaw plate is moved by the hydraulic cylinder to clamp the workpiece. The clamping cylinder is a full stroke cylinder.

Left And Right Columns: In order to increase the stability of the machine tool, the column of this machine tool adopts a square structure and a linear guide type. The lifting and lowering of the saw frame is driven by double oil cylinders, and the bottom of the oil cylinder adopts a hinge type to avoid over-positioning or affect the stability of the aaw frame lifting. A high-precision linear guide is installed on the front and side of the column.
